Welcome to Matrix Medical Centre's website. We are a friendly practice and we are part of the SYDENHAM HOUSE MEDICAL GROUP which runs several other practices in Medway. CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

For the time being, you will not be able to directly book an appointment to see the doctor or nurse. Your request will be triaged by a clinician, and we will call you to let you know if we need to see you, or to advise you what you need to do.

From 20 March 2020, until further notice, no access will be allowed to the surgery unless by prior arrangement with us by a telephone call.

If you need to enter the surgery, you will need to contact us by telephone in advance, and you will be given a time as to when you can come. You will be required to wear a face mask, which we will supply, and you must attend ALONE (except children and people with certain disabilities, who can attend with ONE other person).

Our apologies for any inconvenience, and thank you for your co-operation during this unprecedented time.

If you (or your children) have

A NEW persistent cough

OR

Have a high temperature (37.8C or above) or feel hot to touch on your chest or back

OR

A NEW loss of sense of taste or smell

You, and your whole household, should stay at home and self-isolate. You should do this for at least 10 days, and the rest of your household for at least 14 days. If you feel worse or your symptoms last longer than this, DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY, but telephone us or call 111 for advice.
